Koribaro Store is a Moroccan online store that offers different K-pop albums, goodies, Korean cosmetics, collectibles, accessories, and other items from South Korea and Japan. Through Koribaro Store, you can purchase and gift your favorite album, Korean beauty product from your favorite cosmetics brand, and even fashion items to show off your passion.

 Q: Do I need a koriabro.com account to make a purchase?
A: Yes, making a purchase from Koribaro website requires you to log in with a koribaro.com account. If you do not have an account when attempting to make a purchase, you will be prompted to complete the appropriate steps in the Account Creation process before final checkout. However, you can make your order using facebook messages (Koribaro on facebook) if you find difficulties using the website.
 
 Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: At this point, Koribaro Store only accepts 1.WafaCash Service or 2.Bank Transfer (from any Banque Populaire agency and without bank account or card) as well as the transfer using the online service 3. Chaabinet of Banque Populaire. Additional payment methods may be added in the future depending on needs.
 
 Q: Where does Koribaro store deliver orders to?
A: Orders from Koribaro Store can only be shipped to a physical address inside the Moroccan territory.
We offer a pick-up service too, the points supported are for the Rabat, Casablanca cities only. Check our Delivery Information page, as we might deliver close to your location.
 
Q: What are the delivery options?
A: There are two shipping options:
- Amana Express
- Pick-up points

Q: What do the various order status messages mean?
A: Here are the most common invoice statuses that appear on your order:
  • Pending: You have made an order which is still waiting validation from Koribaro store. You can cancel your order by contacting the store.
  • Processing: Your order is now valid (available and reserved for you) by Koribaro store. You can still cancel it by contacting the store.
  • Processed: The order information and payment have been received by the store and the merchandise is being assembled for shipping. At this point, you may not be able cancel the order.
  • Shipped: Your package has been sent to the post office.
  • Completed: We have received your confirmation of receiving the order or there has been no contact from you after a week of sending the order by Amana and thus your order is concluded.
These are some other status messages that may appear under certain special conditions:
  • Refund: The order status has been set to be refunded to the customer.
  • Canceled: The order has been canceled by the store for reasons you can find in the cancelation message (e.g. No payment after 10 days of the order date), or has been canceled upon the customer request and Koribaro store's approval.
 
Q: How do I return something I purchased from the Koribaro Store?
A: In case of returning of defective products, contact us with your purchase details and we will arrange for the return or replacement.
In case of change of mind, we give a delay of 15 days to return the product, -on the customer's charge- and only the item's price shall be refunded.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: If the order is in the Pending or Processing state, it can be canceled by contacting us. Orders in any other state cannot be canceled by the customer's initiative.
 
Q: What's the difference between Add to Cart and Pre-Order?

A: When you can add an item to your cart, it means that it's available in our stock. While Pre-order is your option when the item is out of stock.

You can either choose from the proposed products in the menu "Pre-Order" or you can send us (either through Private Messages in Facebook Page, or "Contact Us" section) your requested product(s)' name and/or picture and we'll provide you of disponibilty and price informations in 24h !

 

Q: How can I valid my pre-order?

A: Check out the Pre-ordered items like any other products and proceed to payment and you are done.

 
 
Q: When do I get my pre-ordered items?
A: As soon as we recieve your payment for the pre-ordered product we'll order it for you, it shall arrive in average of three weeks.
 
 
Q: I found an outdated date on my product and it was dated a month ago. Is it expired?
A: No. It is very common to find a manufacturing date on an Asian product instead of an expiration date. Expiration date is usually three years from the manufacturing date. If you're unsure feel free to contact us with a clear photo of the date printed on the product. 
 
 
Q: I won in one (or more) event you organized, does my gift have a delay or deadline to get?
A: There is no deadline but there is a case where the gift is no longer available (expired and similar situations) so we might propose different gift instead.
 
 
Q: What payment method should I use?
A: There are 2 ways : Wafacash & Bank Transfer. We recommend to our customers to use Bank transfer because it'll cost them lesser than the other method.
You do NOT need a bank account, just go to any Banque Populaire agency along with the total amount to pay, your ID card, and most importantly Koribaro bank account (you will be notified with it after checkout). After you give all these you get a reciept, you are done.
 
Q: How will I recieve my package by Amana and when?
A: As soon as your payment is recieved (no more than 48H hours after bank transfer) we send your package by Amana Express. This service will take your items directly to your house, and can be accepted by other family members too. If no one is home at the delivery time, your items won't be lost. The postman will leave you with a notice to pick up your package from Amana or the post office in a delay (all informations will be on the notice).
It takes 1 day to 3 days to recieve the package, depending on the distance between your city and Rabat.
If you do not receive your order within this period, make sure to contact us within 3 to 6 days from the date we notified you of the delivery. Koribaro store is NOT responsible of lost orders if we do not receive your contact within this time limit.
